Why is this training for me?

An interactive session where open and honest discussion is encouraged.

No role-playing.

The session considers your individual professional development requirements at an intermediate or advanced level, in small groups over an agreed duration.

This session is followed by a number of coaching calls to support learning and subsequent individual and organisational development.

Your host for the session is a Broadcaster, Presenter and Organisational Leader with over three decades of experience and is now an Outreach Support Practitioner, providing support and care for individuals living with a range of complex needs.
Our training is bespoke to your care organisations needs. Once we establish the problem you need to solve, we can determine the best training plan and duration according to the size of the problem, your team and availability.
Training is delivered in person either at your organisation or in a suitable venue. While online communication training is possible, the power lies in connecting together in person.
